You may grant a lisents [sic] to Bengman [sic] Dickerson to be married to my daughtor [sic] Februy [sic] the 9, 1788 Elkanah Jennings Saly Jennings To Mr. Frances Watkins Know all men by these presents that we Benjamin Dickerson and David Jennings are bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia in fifty pounds current money to be paid to our said Commonwealth forthwhich [sic] -- payment to be made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally our joint and several Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents sealed acknowledged this 9th day January 1788.
